How to prepare for my Leak Detection:

Step #1

Make sure your pool is filled to mid-border tile. Can't keep water that high? Please fill the pool as much as possible. Active leaks can only be found under the water level.

Step #2

Pool must be clean and clear. Like a glass of fresh water. Our technician should be able to clearly see the bottom of the pool. Pools that are deemed unsafe to enter will incur a service call fee and require a return visit.

Step #3

Unlock access to the pool. Our technician may need to make multiple trips to the service vehicle. Please make sure all animals are put away and that there is a clear path to the pool.

What an amazing job Jeremiah did on my pump plumbing, He was thorough in figuring out that I had two dead lines plumbed into my system. 3 different leak companies couldn't find it, Barefoot comes out and Jeremiah spends 25 minutes in my pool and locates a main drain pipe break. but that's not the most amazing part. He offers to dig it up and fix it right then and there. I love this guy and his integrity and I wont use another leak company ever again.
